Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with AI Table Filler. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchased credit packs.

1. Try before you buy

Every new user receives free trial credits so you can fully evaluate the Service before purchasing. We encourage you to use the free trial first.

2. Refund eligibility

Credit packs are digital goods. If a pack is largely unused (we generally consider more than 80% of the purchased credits remaining) you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are generally not available for credits already consumed.

3. Technical issues

If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or the Service failed due to a problem on our side, contact us and we will make it right with a re-issue or a full refund.

4. How to request

Email victorcong88@gmail.com with your order ID or the email used at checkout. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
