This Privacy Policy explains how AI Table Filler ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and service.
Files you upload. When you upload a PDF, its contents are processed to extract text and are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) to organize or fill your spreadsheet. We do not use your documents to train models and we do not retain uploaded files after processing your request.
Account & usage data. We store redemption/license codes, remaining credit counts, an anonymous browser identifier used for the free trial, and your IP address for trial rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
Purchase data. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Creem (the Merchant of Record). When you buy credits we receive your order ID, product, and the email address associated with the purchase in order to deliver your license key.
To provide and operate the service, deliver purchased credits, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
We rely on AI providers for document processing and on Creem for payment processing. Your data is shared with them only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Uploaded documents are processed in memory and not stored long-term. Credit balances and purchase records are retained as long as needed to operate the service and meet accounting/legal requirements.
